Tales and Tea Events 

$35 per person includes all your food,tea, tax, gratuity and entertainment.  When you call we will need your credit card information to secure your reservation.  You will be charged the day of the event.  Cancellations will not be accepted 24 hours before the event.

Doors open at 6 p.m. High Tea is served at 6:30 p.m. Storytelling begins at 7 p.m. The event is over at 8 p.m.

We will have a raffle for a free Tea Pot and other small items at the end of the event.

We can accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free High Tea if informed when reservation is made there is a $5.00 surcharge. Champagne, Wine and Beer available at menu price.

Meet our Storytellers of the Round Table 

Mary LSou Williams is a professional storyteller and writer.  A retired educator, she holds a master’s degree in Education from Columbia University. She is a member of the Florida Storytellers Association, Toastmasters International, and the Tamiami Tales Tellers of Fort Myers.
Tashahara Jallad adapts and weaves traditional tales and personal stories with a universal message that touches the heart, challenges the mind, and tickles the funny bone.  With her energetic style that will lift your spirit, she imparts an age old truth that a story is the shortest distance between two hearts.
Rhonda Brazina moved to Southwest Florida from Ohio.  As a member of Toastmasters International and the Storytellers of the Round Table, She has found a new love creating and telling stories.  She loves acting classes at the Sugden and being on stage.  She is living her dream.
Dr. Joel Ying, MD, is a Naples physician practicing integrative & holistic health.  Toastmasters introduced him to the art of storytelling and the National Storytelling Festival.  In this Age of Information, it is not the data but the stories that captivate, inspire, and motivate us.  Join him as he spins his tales, tall and short, true and false, folk and myth.

Thursday October 12th 2017 (“Spoooky Stories”) will be featured.  Fun, whimsical evening to put you in the mood for Halloween.
